Return & Refund* Policy

All of the products purchased from HandloomWala.com are delivered on First Order First Served basis.

Under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND* of any items that are purchased, regardless if the products have been pick-up, open or unopened and so on.

Order Return or Exchange only applicable for the circumstances below:

For items that is verified and agreed by HandloomWala.com that the faulty or defective items are a result caused by factor (such as during delivery), these items will be available for exchange for the same item. These items must be returned to HandloomWala.com.

Although, we believe in our products, though realise the inability to physically handle our products before buying to be of some detriment, and so attempt to overcome this by offering Refunds*. A customer can return any item just by notifying us within 24 Hours upon receiving of the products ordered (pickup or delivery), should that product not meet customer expectations for a no-questions-asked refunds* will be provided.

Important Note:

All return or exchange for any items purchased must be notified to us within 24 Hours upon receiving of the products ordered (pickup or delivery). No further dispute will be entertained after 24 Hours.

Conditions for return:

All items must have the original tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by us.

Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

All requests for return of product have to be placed within 24 Hours upon receiving of the products ordered (pickup or delivery).

The return has to be neatly packed with to and from address clearly mentioned.

Cancelling an unshipped order:

You can cancel an order anytime for a refund* provided your order has not been shipped yet.

*Refunds:

You will receive Shopping Points in your account within 7 days of receipt of return. Shopping Points will be valid for one year. You can use Shopping Points to buy any of our products on our web store. The Shopping Point will be limited in value to the amount paid by you. (1 Shopping Point = Re. 1/-)
